Operations Transformations Officer - Team Digitalization

1.  Job purpose

• Organization and implementation of digital transformation projects according to DLVN's plan to provide customers with superior service experiences through digital solutions.

2.  Accountabilities

• Organize and manage digital transformation projects according to DLVN's plan.
• Coordinate resources within the Department and personnel from related Departments to efficiently implement projects.
• Coordinate with the IT Department and other departments (Operations, Business, etc.) to develop applications according to the process from understanding needs, defining requirements, as well as coordinating information throughout the project.
• Review, evaluate current services, identify needs, and digital transformation solutions in business processes as well as customer services.
• Research new technologies, methods, and propose their application in customer service.
• Collaborate with the IT Department to organize training/sharing for users on new technology applications in customer service.

3.  Requirements

Education & Experience: 

• University degree, Bachelor of Maths/ Economics is preferable.
• Application of information technology, especially knowledge of user experience in the digital space.

Technical skills  

• Design thinking for user experience, customer-centric approach
• Excellent communication, expression, persuasion, and positive influence skills
• Planning, organizing work, and effective management skills
• Project management skills (Agile/Waterfall model)
• Problem-solving and situation-handling skills
• Proficiency in office computing (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and digital tools such as Figma, Google Analytics, CMS, etc.
