1. JOB PURPOSE

Develop and execute plans to efficiently implement strategic projects for the Operations Division within specified timelines. Gather information and data from diverse sources, analyze it, and interpret findings to effectively monitor departmental activities. Provide timely updates to management on operational activities and future trends.

2. ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Develop and implement plans for strategic projects within the Operations Division, including gathering user information, analyzing requirements, drafting business requirements, creating UAT plans, developing test cases, conducting UAT, and delivering to end-users.
  • Collaborate with review departments to propose business/system improvements aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Handle and process requests for data analysis. Utilize collected data to analyze, build, and develop reports from one or multiple systems, interpreting data into suitable information for management. Manage the reporting environment and execute and automate reports, including ad hoc reports, within specified deadlines.
3. REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following fields: Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Mathematics - Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Management Information Systems.
  • Minimum of 03 years of experience in analyzing needs and developing systems, analyzing data, and implementing/building management reports in the financial - banking - insurance industry using tools such as Power BI and others.
  • Deep understanding of Life Insurance processes and systems is preferable.
  • Have experience in project management (Project owner role)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in using statistical software/modeling/building data management: SPSS, SQL, Oracle, R, Python, etc.
  • Good data processing skills (Excel, Access...)
  • Proficient in drafting documents and procedures
  • Negotiation skills, good presentation skills
  • Planning and time management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Soft Skills:

  • Teamwork skills
  • Good English communication (spoken and written)
  • Mandatory self-learning and research ability

Personal Attributes:

  • Positive working attitude
  • Result-oriented
  • Able to work independently with a high level of responsibility.
4. CHALLENGES
  • Multitasking projects, enhancements, and production issues concurrently
  • Working in high-pressure situations
