Alternative Distribution Planning Officer

1.  Job purpose 

• The role holder will primarily be responsible for supporting partnership development, coordinating AD Projects and following up Documentation & Legal Relations.

2.  Responsibilities

• Support/ Co-ordinate AD Partnership development & Project (process, product, innovation)   
• Prepare/ Follow up Documentation & Legal Relations (Contract, Annex, MoU/ NDA…)
• Work closely with internal departments to handle daily tasks

3.  Requirements

Education

• University degree or above 

Experiences  

• Over 3 years’ experience in life insurance
• Strong knowledge of life insurance
• Related Partnership/ Legal/ Compliance experience will be preferable

Technical skills  

• Strong data mining & analytical skills
• Strong computer skills, especially in using Excel, Access, Power point
• Planning & task management
• Result-oriented

Soft skills

• Good communication skill
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong writing skill (Vietnamese & English)
