4. Customer Care Senior Executive (Chuyên viên Chăm sóc Khách hàng)

1. Mục tiêu công việc
• Giải đáp và xử lý thắc mắc, khiếu nại của Khách hàng về Hợp đồng bảo hiểm; đồng thời tham gia soạn thảo các quy trình, hướng dẫn, cẩm nang cho nhân viên CC nhằm cung cấp cho khách hàng dịch vụ tốt nhất với phương châm hoạt động "Khách hàng là trên hết".

2. Trách nhiệm chính

- Manage Sales Location to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which are agreed with BDRH/BDAH/BDTH about:

- Chịu trách nhiệm triển khai các chương trình huấn luyện theo kế hoạch để giúp cung cấp kiến thức/kỹ năng cho đội ngũ kinh doanh; (To deliver training courses to Financial Consultant (FC) to comply with training plan and procedure so that they get skills and knowledge);

2. Principal Accountabilities:
• PRODUCT & PRICING.
• Design the features and carry out the pricing of new products according to the agreed timeline and in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Prepare the approval documents to Product Committee, Regional office and regulatory authorities.
• Participate in the product implementation process, including reviewing product documents and system testing.
• Liaise with external parties such as reinsurers, TPA in product-related matters.
• Manage pricing models to perform profitability analysis.

- VALUATION & REINSURANCE
• Prepare internal and regulatory reports on key company financials, including but not limited to statutory valuation, capital management, regulatory reporting, and financial conditional report.
• Develop actuarial modelling using Prophet software to ensure that products or new regulations are promptly and accurately modelled.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial metrics, including source of profit analysis, with clear explanation of deviations from expectations.
• Actively participate in and support the improvement of reporting processes and methodology. • Provide support to the management of company’s reinsurance portfolio.
- RISK MANAGEMENT & SPECIAL PROJECTS
• Conduct in-depth analysis on actuarial risks (claim, expense, persistency, etc.) on regular basis, to provide updates to Risk Management Committee.
• Participate in the business planning and business forecasting exercises.
• Calculate Embedded Value of the company and liaise with the auditors to prepare management report. • Provide actuarial support on distribution initiatives, such as compensation scheme and contests.
• Participate in special projects of the department as and when available.

3. Job Requirements
- Qualification:
• Bachelor of Math and IT Science or Bachelor of Economies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in life insurance.
- Skill:
• Good progress in actuarial qualifications.
• Excellent technical, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Deep understanding of local life insurance market (e.g. products, regulations).
• Strong Excel, Access, and relevant modelling skills.
