Rider information:

Age at entry:	18-60
Term:	5-47 years and not to exceed the premium term of the base contract.

Rider benefits:
This rider provides waiver of premium benefits if the Policy Owner is dead or totally and permanently disabled. Dai-ichi Vietnam will pay the future premiums of the base plan and any attached riders for the remainder of the term of the Waiver of Premium benefit.
